Hudson Chalmers has 57 years experience in the Mining, Civil Engineering, Topographical and Photogrammetric fields.

During his career he has been Chief Mine Surveyor, Mine Manager, General Manager Mining and a Consultant Mining Practice in Zimbabwe.

Trained in Photogrammetry with Aircraft Operating Company South Africa, has worked extensively in South Africa, West and East Africa on large Aerial survey and Civil Engineering Projects.

Developed small scale aerial survey systems 15 years ago, utilizing light aircraft and Robby 22 helicopters.

He has recently become a lecturer at Drone-X Flight School.

Colin is the Drone Operations Manager at Precision Surveys & Mapping, and focuses on GIS, Surveying, Agriculture, Insurance inspections and Real Estate Drone services. Colin is a certified Drone Pilot & is registered to operate under a legal ROC. Colin has 13 years full- time experience in GIS with a strong focus on municipal infrastructure planning & Data management. Other experiences include Pix4D training and technical support.

Gavin Topham

Professional Surveryor

Gavin is the Survey Operations Manager at Precision Surveys & Mapping, and   focuses on all Surveying services. Gavin is a certified Professional Surveyor & is registered SAGI. Gavin has 22 years full- time experience in Survey with a strong focus on Engineering & Structural surveys.  Other experiences include Hydrographical Surveys, Ground Penetrating Radar scanning, 3-D Laser scanning, Drone surveys, Volumetric surveys, Design work for earthworks & setting out of civil & structural works.

Registered with PLATO now SAGC as a Photogrammetry technician number G Tg PS0011.

30 years’ experience in a wide field of survey, GIS, mapping and photogrammetry and technical survey instrument support.

Willem Richter

Data Analyst and Reporting

Willem is the GIS Operations Manager, and focuses on GIS and Surveying, as well as IT consulting. He has 12 years full-time experience in GIS with a strong focus on municipal infrastructure planning and data management.  Other experiences include GIS support to engineers, town planners and environmental consultants, as well as GIS training for various clients.
